Udman Hotel Greater Noida Noida's Finest

"My overall stay at Hotel Udman was good and quite comfortable. The hotel ambience is pleasant, and the service, especially in the restaurant, is commendable. A special mention to Govind, who was extremely polite and attentive, making the dining experience even better. The food quality is great, and we enjoyed the meals. However, there are a couple of areas where the hotel can improve. The shower in the washroom was not functioning properly. Additionally, starters were not included in the dinner package which was a bit disappointing. And also few more items need to be added in the main course menu."

"The towels and bedding was often dirty, sometimes there was blood stains, and when they replaced it it had oil stains on it. Bathroom has mold stains and water is dripping from the faucets. Sound insulation is non existent, at night you can hear people walking down the hall and from the other rooms. They had no heating in rooms so it was 18C. Breakfast is okay if you have nothing else. We tried to leave early and manager was promising us that the head office will take care of this, but in reality they weren’t responding to the emails. Also outside the location smells badly. At least the staff was friendly."

"I had a great stay at Udam Hotel, Greater Noida. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable experience throughout my visit. The services were prompt and professional — the staff was always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to Gaurav, who was incredibly courteous and made the stay even smoother with his attentive assistance. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options, though a bit more diversity would make it perfect. Overall, a pleasant stay and definitely worth recommending!"

"Well, I stayed for 3 nights, my experience was a mixed bag regarding property, upkeep, services, food & location. I would give 3 out of 5. The only thing stood out was this guy C P Singh - he was a hero for me. He was managing the front desk & in no time he understood that I had fully paid 3 nights reservation & I didn't like their first 3 rooms they showed me so gave me the best room of the property, cleaned it thoroughly & helped me enjoy my stay. I would give 5 stars to C P Singh. He raised the hotels ranking few notches in my mind. All the best"
